Exchange of products

The customer can exchange the product received, with a maximum period of 14 days from the delivery date of your order.
The request to exchange a product must be made by filling in the form available for this purpose.
Once the exchange request is received, the customer will be contacted by JS Horsemanship, in order to confirm if the product intended for exchange is available.
Once product availability is confirmed, the customer must send the product in his possession to:

Only upon receipt of the product that is in the customer’s possession will the new one be sent.
The expenses and shipping costs inherent to the exchange of the product are the sole and exclusive responsibility of the customer.

Exchange conditions:
• Exchanges of products that show signs of being used or in poor condition will not be accepted.
• Products must be sent in the original packaging or box in the same condition in which they were received by the customer.

 

Return of one or more products

The customer has the right to return the product he has purchased if it is found that they have defects or other non-conformities in relation to the items ordered, and he must exercise this right within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of delivery of his order.
The defective item must be returned by completing the form available for this purpose.

Once the exchange request is received, the customer will be contacted by JS Horsemanship, in order to confirm if the product intended for exchange is available.

With the return, the customer must mention the order number, telephone contact and e-mail where he can be contacted.
Returns with cash on delivery are not accepted.
Returns of products that show signs of use or in poor condition will not be accepted.
Packages that do not allow the identification of the consignor are not accepted.
All expenses and shipping costs inherent to the return of the product (return to N/installations) are the sole and exclusive responsibility of the customer.
The seller will analyze the returned product and inform the user of the right to accept the return (if applicable).

Return conditions:
• Once the conditions mentioned above have been met, JS Horsemanship will refund the amount of the returned product(s), using a credit coupon valid for 30 days, for future purchases at the Online Store www.jsequitacao.pt .
• You will receive the Credit Coupon code by email.
• No cash refunds.
• The return of products purchased under a promotional campaign with free shipping, the shipping costs incurred with the return will be borne by the customer.

 

Complaints

The customer may make any claim about the product purchased, having for this purpose a maximum period of 14 days from the date of delivery of his order.
The claim must be made by filling out the form available for this purpose.
After receiving and analyzing the complaint, verifying the existence of any error that has caused the customer to receive a product that does not actually correspond to what he ordered, JS Horsemanship will assume all expenses arising from return and return shipping.

For this purpose, a defective product is considered to be any one that has a manufacturing defect, which does not result from use, in which case JS Horsemanship will be responsible for exchanging the product and sending a new product without resulting in any cost to the customer. .
