Shipping and Deliveries
After receiving your order, we will ship it as soon as possible. All orders will be sent properly packaged, thus ensuring that the order meets your complete satisfaction.
Deliveries will be made on Tuesdays and Fridays, except holidays, receiving the location code by email. Delivery can only be carried out if the address provided is valid and resides in Mainland Portugal or Islands, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Estonia Finland France Gibraltar, England, Greece, Hungary , Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Sweden and Switzerland. We do not guarantee these deadlines during promotions, sales or festive seasons. A delivery is considered to be made with the signature of the delivery receipt at the agreed address.
Please note that if the customer does not provide the name and shipping address complete that in case of loss or misplacement we assume no responsibility.
Shipping costs and delivery times:
Continental Portugal: €8 (up to 10kg), €14 (up to 30kg) and €25 (up to 50kg). Free after 100€.
Madeira and Azores: 43€ (up to 4kg), 63€ (up to 10kg), 115€ (up to 20kg) and 156€ (up to 30kg).
Europe: €15 (up to 5kg), €20 (up to 10kg), €44 (up to 30kg) and €68 (up to 50kg).
Delivery time may vary between 1 to 5 business days due to location or delivery flow. Submissions by Nacex or similar.
ATM: You can choose the ATM option at the time of ordering and you will receive the entity, reference and amount payable at any ATM closest to you (Portuguese banks only).
MBWAY: You can pay by mobile phone through the MBWAY application (Portuguese banks only).
Payshop: Simple payment at the network of “Payshop” agents, CTT stores or post offices. (Only shipments to Portugal)
Paypal: Millions of customers use PayPal: it’s easy and safe. For more information, see: https://www.paypal.com /en/
Bank Transfer: Make your payment by bank transfer or direct deposit into our account. Please indicate the Order No. as a reference for the transfer or deposit. Your order will not be shipped until the full amount has been confirmed in our account.
Sizes and Cores
The products published on the site comply with the legislation in force at the time and the photographic images are as close to reality as possible and depending on your screen or device the color may appear slightly different.
When it comes to a model with particular specifications, you must first check all information with us, before placing the order, since returns for technical reasons will be the sole and exclusive responsibility of the customer.
Prices and Taxes
All prices are shown with VAT at the current rate of 23%. You can check the value in the cart and at checkout.
JS Horsemanship reserves the right to refuse any order for any of the following reasons:
- The product is not available/out of stock;
- Payment by bank transfer for the order was not received within 3 working days;
- Payment has been made but receipt has not been sent;
- Shipping/billing details are not correct.
These orders will only be valid if the customer corrects them.
Returns and Exchanges
The customer has up to a maximum period of 14 days from the date of delivery of his order to claim if he finds defects or non-conformities in relation to the ordered products. The product must maintain all its original conditions without any marks of abuse. The brand will analyze the returned product and inform the customer of the right to the respective refund (in coupon) if applicable. We remind you that all products are checked during packaging, being the full responsibility of the delivery company if you check the bad condition of the same.
The product to be exchanged must be in its original packaging and in the conditions in which it was delivered and must be sent together with a copy of the invoice. JS Horsemanship does not accept exchanges sent on collection or returns products.
Custom-made or exclusive products are not exchanged.
JS Horsemanship does not pay shipping costs except when it is by default.
We recommend that you check the Size Guide that you have in each item and the status of the item before returning it, otherwise it will be sent back and the return will be void.
Promotions and Campaigns
Campaigns and promotions are valid only for the announced period, unless there are spelling errors, prices or others in the information on the site. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to such errors.
The x% discount campaigns from the second pair or beyond are always based on the payment of the most expensive pair at the normal price, with the discount being applied to the cheapest pairs. The discount will apply to the cart and will not be shown in the order in which they were added to the cart.
As a general rule, campaigns and promotions are not cumulative unless explicitly stated.
You can only evaluate a product when you buy it, that is, an actual order. Therefore, they cannot be altered or inserted “illegally” in order to capture the attention of potential buyers or multiple times.
Alternative Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute concerning contractual obligations arising from contracts of purchase and sale, in accordance with EU Regulation No. 524/ 2013, you can try to resolve any dispute out of court by accessing the electronic online dispute resolution platform at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
